There’s no set formula and nothing you need to work out beforehand. We begin with you, exactly where you are.
In-Person Healing
Join me in the Noosa Hinterland for a gentle, intuitive session shaped around you. You’ll begin with a relaxed chat over tea or cacao before getting comfortable, fully clothed, on the massage table. From there, you can simply settle in and receive, with gentle touch or completely hands-off healing depending on what feels most comfortable for you.

Distance Session
Receive gentle, intuitive energy healing from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are. We can connect by Zoom or phone, or you can settle in with a guided meditation while I work remotely. You’ll have time to connect before your session and I will follow up afterwards to share anything that came through and answer any questions.

What happens when you book a session?
Every session is different because every person arrives with something different.
You don’t need to know what kind of healing you need, have the right words for what you’re feeling or understand energy work before you arrive. We’ll begin with where you are and what’s presenting for you in the moment.
From there, I work intuitively rather than following a set formula — allowing the session to unfold around you, what you’re experiencing and what feels most supportive.
In-Person Healing
Your session begins before you even arrive. I’ll take a little time beforehand to tune in and connect with what may be asking for attention, so we can begin from a place that feels centred around you.
When you arrive, we’ll sit together over tea or cacao and talk about how you’ve been feeling and anything that’s been happening in your life. There’s no pressure to know what’s wrong or what you need — you can simply tell me what’s been going on.
From there, you’ll get comfortable fully clothed on the massage table, with blankets and an eye mask available if you’d like them. Frequency music helps create a relaxed space, and you’re welcome to simply switch off — falling asleep is completely okay.
I may work with gentle touch or completely hands-off, depending on what feels comfortable for you. I may also bring in different energetic practices, crystals or essential oils where they feel relevant, but there is no set process or formula your session has to follow.
At the end, we’ll have time to talk about your experience, anything that came through during the session and what may feel supportive moving forward.

Distance Healing
Distance healing gives you the same intuitive, personalised support while allowing you to receive from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are.
Before we begin, we’ll connect by Zoom or phone to talk about how you’ve been feeling and anything you’d like support around. If you prefer, you can instead settle in at the arranged time with a guided meditation while I work remotely.
Once you’re comfortable, there’s nothing you need to do. You might notice warmth, coolness, tingling, emotions, colours or images, feel deeply relaxed, or simply enjoy the stillness. You may not notice much at all during the session — and that’s completely okay too.
Just like an in-person session, I don’t follow a set formula. I work intuitively with what presents and what feels most supportive for you in that moment.
Afterwards, I’ll connect with you again by phone or email to share anything that came through during the session, answer your questions and offer anything that may be helpful moving forward.
I’ll also check in over the following days while you allow the experience to settle and integrate.

What You Might Experience
There’s no right way to experience energy healing, and every session can feel different.
You might notice warmth, tingling or movement in the body, see colours or images, feel emotions arise, or simply become deeply relaxed. Some people fall asleep. Others don’t notice very much while the session is happening.
None of these experiences is more “right” than another.
You don’t need to feel, see or experience anything in particular for your session to be meaningful. Give yourself space afterwards too — sometimes what you notice continues to unfold over the following days.

A Few Things You Might Be Wondering
It’s completely natural to have questions before considering a journey like this. Here are a few things you might be wondering — and if there’s anything else you’d like to know, you’re always welcome to reach out.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. You’re very welcome to come on your own, and you won’t be the only one arriving without already knowing everyone. The journey is designed with plenty of opportunities to connect naturally with the other women along the way.
What if I feel drawn to Egypt, but I don’t know why?
That’s completely okay — you don’t need to understand or explain the pull you feel towards Egypt. Some women simply feel curious, while others describe a deep sense of familiarity or connection they can’t quite put into words. There’s no expectation for your experience to mean anything in particular. You’re welcome to come with your own beliefs, questions and curiosity, and experience the journey in your own way.
What if I’ve never travelled internationally?
That’s absolutely okay. We’ll help you understand the travel arrangements and what you’ll need to organise before departure, so you’re not left trying to work everything out on your own. You’re also welcome to ask questions at any stage as you prepare for the journey.
What support is available while we’re in Egypt?
You’ll be travelling with an experienced local guide, alongside the support of Tara and Danielle throughout the journey. From exploring ancient sites to the quieter moments in between, you’ll be part of a small group with people there to support you along the way. If you have any concerns before booking, you’re always welcome to chat with us first.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants. You’ll need to arrange your own cover before travelling, and we recommend choosing a policy that suits your individual circumstances and the activities included in the journey.
What about passports and visas?
You’ll need to arrange the appropriate passport and visa documentation for your nationality. Check current entry requirements before booking flights and again before departure.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. After the $2,500.00 USD deposit, the remaining $5,277.00 USD can be paid in full or through flexible weekly or monthly instalments. We’ll discuss the options with you before you commit.
How many women will be joining?
Places are intentionally limited to keep the group personal and allow space for genuine connection. If you’d like to know more about current availability or the group, you’re welcome to get in touch.
